RGVHCC South Padre Island Member Weekend
August 22–24, 2025

Join us for a weekend of connection, fun, and coastal celebration exclusively for RGV Hispanic Chamber of Commerce members. Enjoy networking, local experiences, and memorable moments with fellow members across South Padre Island.

Event Schedule

Friday, August 22
5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Welcome Mixer
Location: Holiday Inn Resort – South Padre Island
Kick off the weekend with refreshments, networking, and a relaxing oceanfront atmosphere.

Saturday, August 23
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM
The South Padre Shuffle – Scavenger Hunt
Hosted by the Visit SPI Team
Starting Location: Holiday Inn Resort – South Padre Island
Includes a brief welcome, instructions, and scavenger map. Participants will visit five key destinations:

Finish Line: Isla Grand Beach Resort
Beach items will be handed out for the evening bonfire.

6:00 PM
Event concludes at Isla Grand Beach Resort

7:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Member Meetup Bonfire
Location: Beachside near Isla Grand
Unwind and connect with fellow members under the stars at our casual beachside bonfire.

Sunday, August 24

End-of-Weekend Continental Breakfast
Location: Port Isabel Convention Center

10:00 AM
Awards and Prizes Delivery
Say farewell and wrap up the weekend with breakfast and networking. Winners of the scavenger hunt will be announced, and a consolation raffle will be held for board members.
